No meeting Dec 28?

I vote that we cancel the Dec 28 meeting as most people will be on
vacation. We shall re-convene our regular bi-weekly calls on January 11
at the regular time and place.

If I hear no objections to this, I will remove reference to the meeting.

Also - on behalf of the entire TC, thank you to the editors and those
who went to Vienna who spent tireless hours making this happen.
