Is
Forrester's plan to provide a "definition" of ESB? Or a
"reference model definition"? (Sonic refers to the latter) Depending
on semantics, these could be vastly different things.

Hey Joe,

 

Forrester also claimed they
will be providing a definition for ESB in the near future.

 

They announced this in
Toronto a few weeks ago.

Just announced: "Sonic Software Provides Reference Model
Definition for Enterprise
Service Bus[1]".

 

I have not yet read this, but I have Dave Chappel coming in to
Booz Allen next month to speak on ESB, and I'm going to ask him to talk to
this.

 

In the meantime...comments anyone?
