Dear SOA RM Participants.
It seems we are at a cross roads where we have to make a formal transition
to the new IPR policy at OASIS. This means that all future work will
transpire under the new IPR policy.
There are two choices:
1. Migrate the TC to the new IPR mode
2. Close the TC.
I will be asking Ram Kumar to set up a ballot for us. At this point,
discussing this internally or voting internally would be redundant given we
have to do the formal vote anyways. I will ask for the options to be
specified on the ballot.
