Minutes uploaded

Hi Folks,

I just uploaded the first draft of the minutes for today's meeting. 
Since it was five pages of notes, I wanted to get it out today, and 
it ended up as 4.5 pages in word.

I ask that you proof it as well as read it for content.

I will be happy to make any changes, corrections or additions required.
