Unable to Take Notes Today

Hi Everyone,

Due to unusual and extraordinary pain from tendinitis and arthritis, I 
need to withdraw my offer to take notes today. Having trouble writing 
comments for latest snapshot of RAF, too. Probably not important today 
for RM stuff.
