Motion to approve new draft Committee Specification and Public Review

Hi,

For this Wednesday’s full TC meeting, we will be considering and voting on the following motion:

 

‘The SOA-RM TC:

- notes that the second public review of the SOA Reference Architecture Framework, released on 6 July 2011, attracted a total of  311 issues – all of which have been logged, addressed and disposed of by the RAF sub-committee;

- notes the new working draft 09 that reflects the work done since the last public review and takes account of the issues raised;

- notes the Master Issues List spreadsheet as well as a note logging the issues no longer tracked in the authoritative version of the new draft;

- notes a clean draft for approval, together with tracked-changes versions;

As such,

- approves the SOA-RAF sub-committee’s working draft 09 of the “SOA Reference Architecture Framework” as a new Committee Specification Draft;

- considers the soa-raf-v1.0-dw09.pdf as the authoritative version of the work;

- requests to OASIS TC Administration that this document be published as a new Committee Specification Draft and also as a new 30-day Public Review Draft;

- notes that a zip file containing all materials is available at:
