status and distribution of comments from IEEE-P1723

Peter and I have individually reviewed the IEEE P1723 comments to the SOA-RAF and cross-checked each other's proposed responses.  IEEE P1723 has requested we just not just post these to an open mailing list but we can distribute to any TC member who would like to review.  I would like to discuss these and plan for actions during our next meeting on January 22.  Please let me know if you would like to receive the comments and take part in the discussion.
