Ontology work and Updated Principles of Service Orientation (from Michael Poulin)

I have attached work which has been contributed by Michael Poulin.  I think Michael’s material may have some useful concepts in fleshing out the ontology work we have been discussing but I do not want it to distract from basic ontology work that is needed.
