Here is the updated information for connecting to the Citrix Server
Vendor: Citrix
WS:	https://cpm41server.pwdmgr.ctxs/MPMService/ProvisionSvc.asmx
Use uname: citrix pwd: demo domain: pwdmgr.ctxs
Login:	requires agent installation
hosts:	192.168.0.130 cpm41server.pwdmgr.ctxs

Documentation and sample scripts are located at:
\\192.168.0.130\CPM41\Support\Provisioning

The provisioning template is in the root of the share.
\\192.168.0.130\CPM41\Citrix ProvisioningTemplate.xml

It contains the definitions for the SummitTrust and TTG web
applications.  I will update the other applications once the web servers
are back up.

Attached is a compilation of our various URLs for the demo tomorrow. As
an alternative to adding hosts file entries you can point your DNS
server to 192.168.0.130 (the Citrix server is handily running as a DNS
server). Please check the entries for your servers and post any
corrections to this list.
