     Diffuse as they relate to the Standards Regsitry metadata
  3. Report from anyone with knowledge of registries
- meta-data proposal:  further discussion, review of inputs
- promotional activity; how can we promote this metadata after it
  has been created?
- any other business
- schedule meeting #4, solict host for meeting #4
