Title: New Version of Public Comments

The newest version of the compilation of public comments on the metadata spec v3.0, which includes categorization of comments, numbering for reference, and hyperlinked comment author citations, can now be viewed in HTML format from the following page:

As agreed at the last meeting, it will only be necessary to review these comments to determine if we feel they are valid to pass on to INCITS L8 for formal submittal into the ISO development process.
