Compiling Nested Loops

Title: Compiling Nested Loops

I've done some initial work on a XSL stylesheet that acts as an eTSM "compilier".  See the attached file.  So far, it will "compile" loops, including nested ones.  I added my test case to the wiki as Core Use Case 4.
