Just a quick reminder that we have a BASC conference call scheduled for tomorrow at 11:00 EDT.

I suggest the agenda for the meeting should be primarily to prepare for the face-to-face in Toronto.  This could include:

- Review the Toronto agenda

- Ideas and suggestions on deliverables (with reference to TaxXML Charter and FAQ's)

- Progress on process models
