This document is an initial revised draft of the CoR Business Analsis
document posted in May 2004 with the inclusion of the detailed process
analysis work of the U.K. and U.S. and a preliminary glossary of terms.
Please provide any last minute comments in order to bring them to the
upcoming face-to-face meeting in Sydney.

The purpose of this document is to present an analysis of the processes
