Further to our discussion on CIQ, Ram Kumar of CIQ TC has indicated that he
new release of UBL incorporates the CIQ standard (particularly, the xAL piece).

I'm busy for a couple of days, so if anyone would like to take at look
at the UBL release then great, otherwise I'll take a look later in the
week.
