Regrettably, I shall be unable to attend the Face to 
Face meeting scheduled for June 1st to 3rd, 2004. I am working on an EU 
project connected with the accession of Poland to the EU on May 1st, 2004. I am 
working in Poland from May 10th, 2004. It is probable that I will return 
from Poland to the UK by the end of May, but even if I do so, I will not be in a 
position to travel to Washington, D.C. immediately 
afterwards.

 

I 
believe the September 2004 OASIS TAX XML TC Face to Face is planned to take 
place in the Netherlands. I very much hope to be able to attend 
that.

I need everyone to please register to hold their room for the 
June F2F before May 10.  That is the deadline for holding the rooms, as 
well as the date when we are guarentee additional rooms if they are 
needed.  After that date, the IRS will be responsible for paying for the 
block of rooms not held by individuals.  I don't want anyone to not get a
