Yes, and in the 
  notes is also mentioned that Marc van Hilvoorde will work on a first 
  discussion version. In fact he is working on it, and first draft working   document is expected the first week of december.

  through the notes from the last F2F meeting and we had a section on the   position paper and the 'mind map' diagram. This would be a good place to start 
  our outline for what goes into version
