For today's telecom 
the draft of the Ottawa conference. During the last face to face meeting we 
discusses to  start the meeting midday and end midday as well. Originally 
it was also planned this way. Because it seems the most of the participants plan 
to arrive early, it my suggestion that we start earlier as well and leave extra 
space for working groups.on Friday.
