OASIS CIQ Address Specification implemented by Google Earth

Hi,

Just to let you know that the latest version of popular Google Earth has
implemented OASIS CIQ Address specification as the standard for
defining and representing all addresses on earth in a structured fashion
as part of its KML, a markup language and as part of its public APIs.
