urgent: today cut off hotel reservations for October face to face meeting

Today is the cut off 
day for hotel reservations in San Francisco. Up till now only a couple of 
members have registered at the hotel (hotel info in the agenda item!). I hope 
that many TC members can attend this meeting. The group rate depends on having a 
minimum of 15 participants. If in doubt please make the reservation. In the 
event that you have to cancel; this is possible.
