Clarification of OASIS Web Services Secure Exchange (WS-SX) TC Charter

OASIS members:

The  OASIS Web Services Secure Exchange (WS-SX) TC voted on 27 July 2007 to clarify its charter by adding a deliverable
as follows:
* A non-normative Examples document expected to be delivered by end of 2007.
