The OASIS ebXML Messaging Services TC has elected to withdraw the OASIS
Standard ballot submission for

OASIS ebXML Messaging Services Version 3.0: Part 1, Core Features

that was previously announced at

http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/tc-announce/200708/msg00001.html

at this time, due to the upcoming peak holiday/vacation period.
Accordingly, no ballot will be held on the Committee Specification this
month. The ballot will be conducted in September, at which time the
typical ballot announcements will be made.
