BIAS SOAP Profile V1.0 OASIS Standard published

We are pleased to announce that Biometric Identity Assurance Services (BIAS) SOAP Profile Version 1.0 OASIS Standard has been published and is available in the OASIS Library. The Standard specifies a SOAP profile that implements the BIAS abstract operations specified in INCITS 442 as SOAP messages.
