Specifications as OASIS Standards:

Directory Services Markup Language (DSML) v2:  YEA
ebXML Registry Information Model (RIM) v2:  ABSTAIN
ebXML Registry Services (RS) v2:  ABSTAIN

We are going to abstain from voting on the ebXML until the current licensing
issues are resolved.
