IETF media types

The RELAX NG TC may create a media type for RELAX NG compact 
syntax.  I can imagine that other TCs will create their 
own media types.

Media types are tyipcally defined by IETF RFCs.  (In the case 
of RELAX NG compact syntax, I believe that an informational RFC 
is good enough.)  Media types are also registered at IANA.  

I think that the proposed TC Process does not allow the 
creation of such media types, since IETF and IANA 
maintain their own repositories.
