This
Yahoo group list is fairly quiet but I find useful as it comprises a number of
Asia Pacific located folks (e.g. Sri Lanka), that are not members of eGov OASIS.

 

I
haven't read this in detail but on a quick skim I saw some things that would
resonate with this group.

A new paper in the i-Government Working

It compares factoral, systems and interpretive approaches to the analysis of
e-government project failure. It identifies the different conceptual,
methodological and epistemological foundations of each approach, and
illustrates approach selection adopted in one research case study.

The paper has a linked educators' guide to facilitate its use for postgraduate
and researcher training.
