Hi Colin,
I started this diagram after comments that my stakeholder
diagram focused around the Franchise but didn't cover the whole TGF
space. Once I'd produced the later diagram, I felt that the
relationships started to define a level of mandation/optionality and
thus felt it could be used as a reference model.
However, I'm warming to your suggestion of it being a context diagram! I
guess that the main thing is that if it shows some aspects that are not
addressed elsewhere it should prove useful to us.

Looks good Nig..but is it a Reference Model?
It's darn hard trying to pigeon hole these things and have it understood
the world over..but down here we might call this a form of Context
diagram..
But I don't think that's quite right either. Maybe it's a stakeholder
diagram
Whatever, I think it greatly helps folks understand the inter
relationships between the 'bits'..
