NEW ISSUES - WORKING DRAFT 01

Peter Here are my comments on draft 01: Abstract after 1st para - Move lines 7-9 to this point as it’s imperative to state right up front th at the Primer is a transient document, ie work in progress, from which future Standards and Committee Notes will be derived.
Line 140 – expand in full the 2 acronyms for those who do not know them Line 317 – does the TC agree with the change from “will” to “preference”?
Lines 389-391 - need to add a few words of explanation at this point to each of these entries General - line 413 – this whole section needs a thorough review and endorsement by the TC as it is new.
Lines 460-462 - need to add a few words of explanation at this point to each of these entries General - line 476 - should this sub-section be in Part 3 as it's Explanatory rather than Standards material?
Line 1201 – there is no Appendix D, needs new cross-reference.
