FW: Whitepaper for OASIS

Cheers All, I was on a PIC call today and Doug Bailey the Pic chairman, mentioned a new whitepaper.
Its a bit off center for us, but I think it does provide some wider understanding of what they are doing.
The urls embedded in the PDF for ITDS.gov contains the reports I have already forwarded to the group in the past.
I have one other area to discuss which is being developed as we meet and it will be socialized publicly soon so I need to be a tad circumspect.
