FW: [chairs] Report from TC Admin Open Mic sessions

Thanks John I saw the slide in the attached with the new wording on the Statements of Use.
Was there any discussion on this?
I think we still have some level of discomfort in how this applies to non technical non interop standards, despite the guidance offered.
But I may be alone in this.
