Please find attached the papers for our TC call on Thursday.  Please note the times for this call as we have moved from Winter to Summer time and vica versa - 20.00 CET / 14.00 EST / 11.00 PST / 06.00 (20th) NZ.   The main discussion point will be on how to maintain momentum and what to do next so I hope you will all having your thinking caps on!
