FW: Invitation to Submit Extended Paper to Transforming Government: People, Process & Policy
Attached is the paper I am presenting at the tGov Workshop at Brunel University next week.
As you can see from below the organisers are now asking for significant changes to be made to it so that it can be published in their regular magazine.
The changes they are asking for are beyond me so do any of you have access to any resource that could take my document and adapt it as requested below?
If not then we will have to forego the publication offer which would be an opportunity missed.

Workshop 2012, has been identified for consideration to be published in the upcoming regular issue of the Transforming Government: People, Process & Policy (TG: PPP) .
Please carefully extend and revise your manuscript by focusing on but not limited to: · thorough literature review that critically explores the normative works on the area of e-Government; · synthesizing research whereby you compare and contrast views drawn from the literature; · provide an in-depth research methodology that explores the research strategies and methods used to collect your empirical findings (including an overall research design diagrammatically); · provide research implications (theory, practice and society), limitations and future recommendation, into your final manuscript.
· offer conclusions and NOT a summary Please submit your final manuscript based on a detailed response to each of the above points to  .
Upon your modifications of your manuscript, I will notify you of the final decision of your paper.
Remember, this paper needs to be SIGNIFICANTLY different from the paper that will be published in the t-Gov 2012 Proceedings (for copyright reasons).
I will need to receive a revised manuscript NO LATER than 1 st June 2012 and expect to make a prompt decision.
