Yep, we have got to tap into different sources beyond OASIS. Futuregov magazine attracts an Asia Pacific cluster - what is the equivalent in the UK and US? I suggest this because I just don't know of an online forum for these folks beyond the 4gov yahoo group which is the same Asia Pacific constituency. I am thinking OECD but.... Cheers Colin
