Proposed Changes to the EA Profile document

Hi All,

I have also proposed some changes to the Emergency Alerting Profile document and attach copies here (red-lined and clean) so we can discuss them on Thursday’s call. I have tried to make them a little more
focused on the EA community and added in a few comments where I think there are specific requirements that may need to be addressed within the profile. I have left all the DNs in but some of my comments, if accepted, might mean that a couple can be removed.
