A couple of short papers for Thursday's call

Sorry for sending these out a little late.
When I got the cancellation notice, I though the meeting was going to be postponed and that I had more time!
There are two documents attached:
1. A discussion document on Benefits Realisation.
As the new kid in town, I want to make sure I understand the original intent correctly before proceeding to map out the detail of any proposed changes.
2. A suggestion that we should consider adding something on Business Continuity.
