I noted  a comment from Chris around the revised text for the identity management piece.

 

Just for background: I was asked to rewrite it because the original text was a target of criticism by PD in particular I believe, in the voting round.

 

It was a rushed job, more months ago than I care to remember, so if anyone wants to revise it again, be my guest.
