Comment on TGF: Impact of the Internet of Things v1.0
Hi All, As I mentioned on the last call, I would like the reference to “Internet of Things Working Group: Report to PPAB” (BCS 12th June 2013) at http://www.bcs.org/upload/pdf/iot-report-jun13.pdf reinserted in section 4.4. It provides a useful discourse on security and privacy for the IoT and incorporates some principles. Whilst these are based upon the UK Data Protection Act principles they are generic and worthy of consideration in any environment. Others have used the same basis in this area but, as far as I am aware, have not documented it. I believe it is a useful Policy Product that plugs a current gap.
