OASIS TGF: eHEALTH PROFILE UPDATE

I'm posting this proposed update to the TC list of behalf of Hans.
His suggested amendment, highlighted in red text in Section 3, is based on his recent experiences and work in Norway.
I'll add this to the next TC agenda for discussion before we formally request the necessary template to create version 2 of the Committee Note.
Any immediate views before the TC meeting would be appreciated.
