[tm-pubsubj-comment] Barcelona minutes

Minutes of last week meeting now available at:

Note that we have been very loose so far for minutes approval. The usual process is to
begin each meeting by the approval of previous meeting minutes. Of course that need people
having looked at them before. For example in Barcelona we postponed the approval because
some members had not read the minutes before. This is a practise I would not like to
become a tradition :-))

So please review and make any comment NOW.
