| I've added to the minutes the new list of Requirements and

| down, I figured that we had started at some point to make a
| distinction between Subject metadata and Subject Indicator metadata,
| and that the list of recommendations as I got it does not make that
| distinction.

I think we never clearly settled whether this was part of the first
deliverable or not. My first instinct would be to not make this
distinction in the first deliverable, but just say that metadata are
recommended. 

In the second deliverable, when we get into the business of what
metadata to provide, we can specify this in more detail.
