Hello All,

A few weeks ago I started to translate the recommendation "Published Subjects Introduction and Basic Requirements.htm" to Dutch to explain PSI in a kind of contest.

Hopefully it is more useful for others as well. For the dutch-speaking: i am sure some things can be translated better thus if you find something please let me know.

One comment: I would put more emphasize on unambigous and stable in section 2.5.3 after the scenario and picture. Something as a sentence like: 'compared to the situation at section 2.4.3 we now have a definition that is unambiguous to humans and stable for machines'.
