Re : reminder: Orlando; decision on subscriptions

Item 1:

I have so far two answers about TC meeting date in Orlando (Steve 
and Jim), agreeing about Friday 14 afternoon. Without objection 
today, I will propose that date to Dee Schur tomorrow.

Item 2:

I suppose the TC should vote on that issue at the first formal 
meeting on October 30, but not before. (My opinion is to allow non-
members to subscribe anyway)

I've only heard from a few TCs regarding this decision 
(Conformance,
CIQ, CPPA, HumanML, SAML, and UBL). Please let me know 
asap.
