[tm-pubsubj] April 23 conference call

Folks

I have unfortunately overlapping obligations on next Tuesday and will probably be unable
to attend the co-call at the scheduled time. Of course you could do without me if someone
is volunteering to chair the meeting. It would be also possible for me to push it a week
later on April 30 (same timing 15.00 - 17.00 UTC)

Suggestions?
