Thanks to TC members

Greetings,

Just a quick note of thanks to all the TC members who attended the 
teleconference today!

It was a very good meeting and I hope that we will have the minutes up 
by later this week/early next.

The next teleconference is set for 8 March 2004. Time to be announced. 
Note that the time is going to rotate so we can accomodate members who 
live in various time zones.
