According to the initial schedule with an OASIS event on Tuesday only, I planned to leave on Tuesday evening.
Even if I will not be available in person, for sure we would welcome it much if partners would demo on Wednesday as well.

Hi all,
I realized (actually was pointed to by some people) that we agreed some
time back to only cover Tuesday at the EuroCloud event. I guess that
information got lost in my mind due to mail flood / flood of information
after my vacation. So please forgive any confusion I might have caused.
Anyway, Jane is checking if we could have the demo room also for Wednesday
and if that is the case we could also be present on Wednesday as another
optional day if there is enough interest. And of course, we would only do
this if this is ok for every participating company, depending on your
travel plans etc.
I will send out another note later today as soon as I have information from
Jane regarding the room.
Sorry again for the confusion.

Hi all,
below you will find an updated contacts list of all interop demo
participants, updated with information I got throughout this week.
Regarding timing, I think we should especially cover the reception time on
Tuesday, the breaks and end of day times, as well as the time when Ken
Ducatel, Head of Cloud for the European Commission plans to visit our room.
This gives the following schedule (I included some buffer around the
breaks):
Tuesday, Oct 15th:
9:00 - 10:00 (reception)
11:00 - 11:30 (break)
12:30 - 14:00 (lunch)
15:15 - 16:00 (break - Ken Ducatel visit)
17:00 - 18:00 (close of day 1)
Wednesday, Oct 16th:
9:00 - 10:00 (opening of day)
11:00 - 11:30 (break)
12:30 - 14:00 (lunch)
15:15 - 16:00 (break)
17:00 - 18:00 (close of congress)
I will be at the location on Tuesday from 8:00. I do not have any special
plans during the day, so I am flexible to agree on time slots with everyone
else. I will have to leave at about 2:00 PM on Wednesday to catch my train,
so it would be good if anyone else could cover Wednesday afternoon.
