Some questions about the SugarCRM ServiceTemplate

Hi, guys

  I have some questions about the SugarCRM ServiceTemplate:

1.
The VirtualMachine NodeType does not contain a DeploymentArtifact. So, the image of the virtual machine is not clear.
2.
What is the image type of virtual machine? Vmdk or xva, or some others? As the ServiceTemplate is for all involved companies, I think the xva for Xen (open source) is a good choice.
3.
What is the details about the image? For example, how to obtain the VM IP address? DHCP or static IP setting? As these details are related to the implementation, I suggest clarifying them.
4.
In the MySql NodeType, a DeploymentArtifact is defined which refers a ArtifactTempalte defining two “PackageInformation” (RPM information). However, which operations are used to install these RPMs? The “install.sh”  does not contain the corresponding programs.
