It is suggested we work against against Thomas' slide deck which provides an overview of these for the SugarCRM template currently under discussion.  Specifically, using the slide  titled "Requirements/Capabilities Inheritance" reviewed with the SC on 2012-09-24.

The names for the SugarCRM Reqs/Caps have been available for discussion since 2012-10-17 and in the sample CSAR since 2012-10-22.  Closing this item as first pass at names seems agreeable to go forward with for now.
