Corrected some details regarding Interop Policy (track changes on). Specifically, it is the TC that appoints Interop Team leadership and approves the formation of a formal Interop Demo Team, not the SC, of course. Sorry if that wasn't clear. We can do that approval vote in late July / early August.

 Also, added policy quotes to facilitate understanding on how the Interop Demo Team must make all significant demo decisions. Specifically, by vote with one company one vote.
