Please Look at Interop Draft Participation Form

Dear TOSCA Interop Co-Chairs and Interop Participants,  I just received a preliminary copy of the attached draft participation form from OASIS. Apologies for the last minute post, but would it be possible for the meeting to devote a few minutes early on to provide feedback and questions before staff locks this in (and yes, I will ask them to change the due date to something like mid-September).
