Meeting availability during June

At our last two 
online conference call meetings we were unable to make the quorum required for 
our TC. We have completed some useful work during our conference calls and at 
the face to face meeting at the beginning of May. We have some work to get 
through in order to produce a WSDL document and is important that we have 
quorums for these meetings. I understand that a number of people will not be 
able to attend the June 5th meeting. 

 

Would it more 
convenient to postpone our June 5th meeting until June 12th. I would appreciate 
getting your views on this ASAP as I intend sending out the meeting notification 
tomorrow afternoon (British Summer time).

 

During last summer 
the XLIFF TC found it difficult getting quorums and had monthly meetings from 
July to September. We could discuss whether this would be useful for us at our 
next meeting.
